Edouard Lepesme
I am looking for a job experience in New Zealand for the harvest and the vinifications 2013. I'm interested by working in a Central Otago winery as a cellarhand, in order to learn on Pinot Noir vinification after two Chardonnay vinifications and to improve my oenological experience. I did the vinifications at Chablis in 2011, in Domaine Pattes Loup, and in 2012 in Domaine Alice & Olivier de Moor. I am currently working in this estate for the pruning season.
Do not hesitate to contact me if you are looking for cellarhands during the harvests.
