Southern Soil Solutions – SSSL, in association with Omnia Primaxa invite you to hear Dr Adrian Spears talk on his recent research on Plant Elicitors. This research, which was partly funded from government funds, shows that the addition of elicitors to conventional foliar products helps the plant’s defence mechanisms.

Two products have been developed - Highyield Plus and Calcium Plus.

These products provide nutrition as well as giving the plant added resistance to common fungi such as powdery mildew and botrytis. Trials overseen by Hort Research back up these findings. Increased cell strength, improved calcium uptake and even ripening are additional benefits.

Also speaking will be Karl Jackson who will introduce Extender – a bio-grow certified Fungicide.

This presentation will be held at the Golden Gate Lodge in Cromwell on Wednesday 25 November starting at 7.30.
